2.3 Institutional Customization

Certain products (marked as custom-configured) may be modified with institutional branding or specifications. These items are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

3.2 Pricing

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Special order items
  • Clearance/final sale items

5.3 Return Process

  3. Repackage securely with all materials

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange replacement or repair.
