However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes.

2.3 Institutional Customization

Certain products (marked as custom-configured) may be modified with institutional branding or specifications. These items are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Orders and Payment

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Custom-configured conference/training tables
• Institutionally branded furniture
• Special order items
• Clearance/final sale items

5.3 Return Process

3. Repackage securely with all materials
4. Ship to provided address (tracking recommended)

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Damaged Items

Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange replacement or repair.

6. Limitations of Liability

Our commercial furniture is designed for standard office and institutional use. We are not liable for:
