Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Note: Due to their specialized nature, custom orders including Belnick Thermal Height Adjustable Round Activity Tables and any tables with institutional customization cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the returned items (typically within 3-5 business days).
- Resolution: You will receive notification of your refund processing or exchange shipment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is approved:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection
- Institutional Purchase Orders: Credit memos will be issued within 7-10 business days
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is authorized
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
- Standard shipping timelines apply (10-15 business days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 for EMS)

Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom-configured conference room tables
- Institutionally branded furniture
- Special order items including certain training room configurations
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your commercial furniture arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost
